Goat Program

The adult goat program is fairly new in Lawrence County. We work with both 4-Hers and adult goat producers with this program. Presently we have had a field day, a seminar, and are working on some demonstrations for goat farm management. We also do fecal egg counts for this program.

Master Gardeners

Master Gardeners is a volunteer organization though extension the educates the public in home horticulture. This group also provides community assistance by helping with the assisted living facilities in lawrence county, doing demonstrations at the fair, and landscaping for habitat for humanity.
