> Communications

4-H Commnucations has many different aspects to it. You can do a speech, a demonstration, be on a judging team, complete a record book, or find some other form of completing a communcation project. All Lawrence County children 4th-12th grade can compete in the county 4-H public speaking contest and/or be on the judging teams. 4th-8th graders can compete in the demonstration contest.
 
> 4-H Livestock Programs

There are 5 livestock clubs in the Lawrence county 4-H Program. They all have different meeting dates, so check the calendar to see when your club meets. The livestock project clubs are Dairy Club, Goat Club, Horse Club, Livestock Club, Poultry Club, and then there is a Dog Club. Check the calendar to see when and where they meet, and then come to the club to have fun!!!
 
> 4-H School Clubs

4-H School Clubs are in abundance in Lawrence County. Presently 4th grade clubs at Davy Crockett, Ingram Sowell, Summertown, South Lawrence, Sacred Heart Lawrenceburg, Ethridge, New Prospect, and Lawrenceburg Public. 5th Grade clubs is in all above schools except Lawrenceburg Public. 6th grade clubs are in Summertown, Davy Crockett, Ethridge, and New Prospect. School Clubs compete in the Speech, Demonstration, Art Poster, and Bread Baking Contest. We also have interactive lessons we teach about such as money mangement, science, listening skills, and time management. > Leadership

Become a leader through the Lawrence County 4-H program. You can serve an office of your own club, head up a judging team, start a county livestock show, lead a service project, and much, much more.
