4-H is about so much more than showing animals or going to camp. It’s about helping young people build confidence, learn life skills, discover their interests, become leaders, and believe in themselves.

🏕️ WE ESPECIALLY NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR 2027 JUNIOR CAMP!

Junior 4-H Camp gives youth the chance to step outside their comfort zone, make new friends, learn new skills, try new activities, and create memories they’ll never forget.

But great camp experiences don’t happen without great volunteers!

We are looking for adults and teens who would enjoy helping our Lawrence County campers have an amazing experience at 2027 Junior 4-H Camp. 💚

You don’t have to be an expert. You just need to be willing to show up, encourage a kid, have some fun, and help make camp special!

🐰🐔🐄 WE’RE ALSO GROWING OUR PROJECT CLUBS!

Lawrence County 4-H has some exciting opportunities ahead, and we need volunteers to help our clubs grow!

🐴 HORSE CLUB – Help youth learn about horses while building confidence and responsibility.

🐰 RABBIT CLUB – We are working to get a new Rabbit Club started! Coming Soon!

🐔 POULTRY CLUB – Help youth learn about poultry, animal care, responsibility, showing, and more.

🐄 LIVESTOCK CLUB – Help young people develop skills in livestock projects and learn responsibility, animal care, leadership, and teamwork.

🏆 HONOR CLUB – We want to see MORE youth and adults involved in Honor Club and the leadership, service, and personal growth opportunities it provides.

🌟 AND MORE! – There are many ways to get involved in Lawrence County 4-H beyond these clubs!

👩‍🌾 ADULTS — YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS!

Maybe you have raised animals.

Maybe you love agriculture.

Maybe you enjoy teaching kids.

Maybe you’re great at organizing.

Maybe you simply believe that young people deserve adults who will invest in them.

Whatever your talent, there is a place for you in 4-H!

You don’t have to know everything. You can share what you know, learn alongside our youth, and make a difference one project, meeting, activity, or camp experience at a time.

🧑‍🎓 TEENS — WE NEED YOU TOO!

Older 4-H members have incredible opportunities to serve as leaders and mentors.

Being a teen volunteer can help you build leadership, communication, teamwork, responsibility, confidence, and service skills while helping younger 4-H members succeed.

You could be the older 4-H member that a younger child looks up to. ❤️
