UT/TSU Extension Storybook Trail

See some of the books offered on this program below.

Each month will be a different book and activity for parents and children. This storybook trail encourages a love of reading, imagination, exercise and the great outdoors. Follow the trail and read along with the whole family. Activities will be offered for each book and each activity will be related to each story in this series.

UT/TSU Agents will be partnering with different Lawrence County Agencies to have a storybook trail in different areas of Lawrence County.

We are looking forward to partnering with Lawrence County Health Department soon. More details coming soon.

Stacy Clark (FCS Agent), Tracy Hagan (4-H Agent) and Matt Adams (4-H Agent) will be sharing the Money Plan book. This book shows how to manage money while shopping with a Parent. The project for this book will be how to teach children on how to manage money by playing money games.

The Listening Walk

UT/TSU Lawrence County Extension is celebrating National Walk in the Park Day at David Crockett State Park.
4-H Agent Tracy Hagan and FCS Agent Stacy Clark will be hosting a Storybook Trail for everyone to enjoy on March 30th. Bring your family and read “The Listening Walk” Storybook as you walk the trails at the park.

Readings and Activities will begin at 3 PM and 5 PM.
